The Rosalie Fund is an endowment fund of The Pittsburgh Foundation, created in memory of Rosalie Bell and her son Arthur (Artie) Bell, Jr.

The Fund was established in June 2006, and became an active fund in January 2010. Arthur was added to the fund in 2015 after his death at age 54, following injuries he sustained in a bicycling accident. Art was a reserved man, and his family thought it fitting that he should be honored by sharing in this fund with his mother who without question inspired him to live a life defined by love, generosity and integrity.

The fund supports the passions that Rosalie and Art shared (children, music, bicycling and art)  and supports those areas of tribulation in their lives (Arthritis, Cancer, Bicyclist Accidents).

This fund was established by their family who owes so much of their lives to their mother's patient guidance, and the love and generosity of their brother.  It is supported by all those who loved them and were touched by their lives.
